We start with a site visit and a conversation about how you live. No assumptions about scope, no commitment to proceed. Many of our best projects begin without an architect attached; some begin without a lot.
We join the design team early — collaborating with your architect, or recommending one of ours. We deliver constructability review, hurricane-code engineering, real-time pricing, and a transparent budget before a shovel turns.
Daily on-site management by a senior project manager. Premium materials, vetted subcontractor partners, weekly client walk-throughs, and full digital documentation of what is buried in the walls.
Final punch list, owner orientation, and an eleven-month walk before the one-year warranty expires. We expect to be on speaking terms with the house for as long as it stands.
